Every dish is prepared fresh to order, from old favourites to modern takes on classic Italian recipes.
All our fresh fish and seafood are caught by Worthing fishermen, all our meat comes from a reputable Sussex butcher, and essential Italian ingredients — De Cecco pasta, cheeses and cured meats — are sourced directly from Italy.
We even roast our own Sicilian coffee, blended just for us, available to buy and take home.

The story

A family.
Giuseppe created the restaurant to share his love of Italian and Sicilian cuisine and the traditional sociable Mediterranean way of living.
We are proud of our amazing team, including our very talented Sicilian executive head chef Gianfranco Sterrantino, with experience in 5-star hotels throughout Sicily, and our friendly, experienced front of house staff.
